a result on an evidence card meaning the conversation never reached that requirement. it is different from “not there”, which means it was asked about and wasn’t shown.

confusing the two is one of the most common ways hiring signals mislead: silence about a skill is not evidence of its absence. dwij keeps them apart so a gap is never mistaken for a weakness.
